Well, I just cleaned the cooler, and probably not very well. I don't know much about the hardware, and I avoid opening the PC and checking it inside, but I guess its time to learn that. Is there some kind of guide around here, on how to open and disconnect everything safely, not the cables, I mean the stuff inside, when I open the case?

Also, something about the cleaning part, I'm not even sure with what to clean it. ._.

Open the computer and using the compressed air can blow the dust out of the computer. Be sure to blow the fans clean and blow around all of the heat sinks. To be safe so as not to damage the components, you should ground yourself before starting. You should have a fan and heatsink on your CPU and on your video card. Don't for get about the fan in the PSU.

Since there's been a lot of posting, I'm going to combine it all here, into this post, so you guys don't have to go through 2 different pages to read my comments.

Things that happened with Driver Verifier turned on:

    - Its been 24 hours under driver verifier, I had around 3 BSODs, during that time.

    - I was testing a game on NDS Emulator (Desmume), while I was doing it, a graphic card driver stopped working, freezing the screen for several seconds, and then it unfroze.

    - At one moment, screen turned pink, again, for several seconds, I moved the PC case, and it got back to normal.

    - I can't buy the compressed air can until Monday (and thats if I have the money, then), since its Easter, and everything's closed in my country during Easter.

That's about it. I turned off Driver Verifier. Should I try cleaning the PC with something else, like Vacuum cleaner or something?

Um, I only know about the one on the motherboard, and that's the only one that I clean. For the other ones, I'll need an image of their locations in PC, if its not a problem? :)

Don't use a vacuum cleaner. That is a good way to cause damage. The fan on the motherboard is most likely the CPU fan and the one you want to clean. Your video card probably has a fan, too. Your power supply should have a fan also. Your power supply is a rectangular box either at the top or the bottom of your case. It is where the power cord from the wall plugs into the computer. You don't open up the power supply; you just blow compressed air through in the direction of the air flow from its fan.

Please upload the dumps triggered by Driver Verifier. Let's see what they show us.

There, the dumps. (Using jcgriff2's app and just the last two dumps separately)

It was just 2 BSODs while being under Driver Verifier, not 3, my bad.

Um, should I do something now, or just wait until Monday to get the compressed air and clean the PC?

    EDIT:

Yeah, almost forgot, the bios thing.

    Under Advanced > Jumperfree Configuration

There was only "Memory Voltage" under "Memory Timming and voltage", and it was set to "Auto" (though, there's an option to set it to 2.050v) - I'm guessing this is the "Memory Over Voltage" that you mentioned, Dave.

Further below, there's "Chipset Voltage", but there's nothing about the "North Bridge", there is, but in a different place, and it doesn't show voltage. Anyway, "Chipset Voltage" is also set to "Auto" (It has option to be set to 1.35v, though).

Of your two latest dumps, one is Driver Verifier enabled and one is not. Both of them are Bugcheck A and both blame ntkrnlmp.exe, a Windows system core file, which is highly unlikely to be the real cause. If you still have Verifier enabled, let it run for a bit longer. If you have all ready turned it off, that is OK too.

At this point, I will yield to Dave as he guides you through the hardware issues. I will continue to follow the thread, though.

In the meantime, until you can get the can of compressed air, use a clean, dry, lint free cotton cloth to remove the dust. You can also use wood or plastic (not metal) to clean the cooling fins of the heat sink.
First turn off the computer, unplug the power cable.
Make sure you are grounded with a grounding strap or keep touching the metal case frame.

Here is article on cleaning your computer case.

Um, just to tell you, I'm buying the compressed air tomorrow, and I'll clean it then, I'll let you know when I'm done with it, and everything. I went today to see if I can find it, but everything's closed, though most of people should start working tomorrow, and I'll get it then.

It'll have to wait one more day, I've been in the shop today, well, just in one, that's on my way home, unfortunately, they didn't have the compressed air, but they've told me where I can get it, I'll get it tomorrow, hopefully.
