Did you do a totally clean install, as in, reformatted disk/partition before re-installing?

Please run in Safe Mode, to eliminate the possibilities:

Download, install and update to the latest database Malwarebytes' Free. Run a full scan in Safe Mode.

Download TDSSKiller and run it in Safe Mode to rule out a prevalent RootKit.

Also, download and run DriverView from Nirsoft. With the DriverView window in focus, select all (Ctrl+A) then File > Save selected Items. Save as a html file and attach to a post.

Update:

I ran both Malwarebytes and TDSSKiller in safe mode. They both came up clean.

Attached is the DriverView html file.

It wouldnt upload as html so I did it as text

Any ideas? Tested my memory again via memtest, ran it for 20 hours. 15 passes and no errors
