I induced a crash by running MineCraft (A java game) full screen, so that is what caused the crash and explains the java!

The clocks on my graphics card are default, as soon i i get a crash of any type i revert my OC's to default to rule that out, do you think perhaps my graphics card is damaged?

    Thanks a lot

    There you go!

This is with verifier turned off, overclocks off, and a memory and CPU test performed prior.

    Thanks again

Something is wrong with your GPU, I strongly recommend to RMA it. Its either a bad Overclock or simply a defective GPU

By RMA do you mean return to manufacturer?

Thanks ever so much for your help : )

EDIT EDIT: Read the BSOD posting instrucitons so i have attatched the requsted information, an ehre is my system specs:

    System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom Build
    OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 / Arch Linux x64 / Ubuntu 10.10
    CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1090T @ 4.2Ghz
    Motherboard MSI 890FXA-GD70
    Memory 2x2GB Ballistix @ 1600Mhz

Thanks a lot for your help, i appreciate any responses!

Set your RAM to run at 1333MHz, be sure it is in Unganged mode.

There is a known issue with AMD CPUs integrated memory controllers having problems running RAM at 1600 MHz and above.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING AMD AM3 CPU's and RAM SPEEDS

After you change the RAM frequency run memtest86+ if it doesn't pass let us know.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    If it passes run Prime95:
CPU - Stress Test with Prime95
    Prime95 Torture test
If memtest86+ passes then run Prime95 torture test.
First open Core Temp to monitor CPU temperatures, don't go over 65degC.
Open Prime95 and stop the test, in Advanced tab select 'Round off checking', in the Options tab select 'Torture Test...', in the window that opens select 'Blend', after 'Number of torture test threads to run' enter 6, then click OK to start the test.
