    BSOD..kindly help me

    Hi,
I'm getting regular BSOD with the latest one being

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 3b
    BCP1: 00000000C0000005
    BCP2: FFFFF88004C363FC
    BCP3: FFFFF880025C2400
    BCP4: 0000000000000000
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\042111-15646-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Aashay\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-24211-0.sysdata.xml

I cant seem to attach these files as it says I dont have admin rights even though I'm the administrator.

I think it is ATI related as during crash it says something about ATIKMDAG.SYS

I know you will probably need more info. If someone can help me attach these files, I'll be glad to do so.

Please help me. Its a humble request.

    Thanks

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

    Hi there! Welcome to SF!

Seems like atikmdag.sys i.e. ATI Display card drivers are causing the problem. I would recommend to remove the existing drivers and download a fresh copy and install it.

Follow this guide nVidia Driver Cleanup Guide | Captain Debugger even it's for nVidia it works for ATI as well

    Bugcheck:
    Code:
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
An exception happened while executing a system service routine.
    Arguments:

Arg3: fffff880025c2400, Address of the context record for the exception that caused the bugcheck

Most of them showed ATI. The main reason why this happen could be automatically installed drivers

    Though no files in it.
