blue screen while starting windows

    blue screen while starting windows


    I use windows 7 ultimate x64
    Every time i switch on my comp a blue screen appears and when i restart the comp it displays the following problem

    STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting

    This TDR BSOD is caused by a defective graphic card or RAM
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    it has shown some pictorial reports...and could not test the graphic card it is showing some error
