Blue Screen Please someone Help

Hi
My Computer is running Windows 7 Ultimate Retail 64 bit.
From time to time i get Blue screen of death,often when i play Counter Strike,
but sometimes when i do some stupid things like typing in word ot whatever.
I uploaded file as u asked ,so if u know whats the problem please help me.
