windows 7 ultimate 64 bit freezes constantly

Hi,

I'm posting from a mobile phone so forgive me if the grammar is weird.

I have a computer where windows 7 freezes constantly. It can happen during boot up, with in five second.F's of starti&ng up windows it five minutes.

I have tested EVERYTHING I can think of. I have replaced the psu, tested the ram with memtest, replaced the HD, replaced the hard drive, updated the BIOS, reformatted and did a fresh install. It is still crashing. I also cleaned it from top to bottom.

I thought maybe there was an update to address my issue even get thru updating before it crashes.

My system specs are as follows:

Athlon Phenom x4 3.2 ghz processor
Asus formula III Gamers republic mother board
6 gigs of mushkin ram
1 TB western digital caviar black 7200 rpm HD
2 500 gig western digital caviar green hard drives
creative soundblasted x-fi fatality soundcard
Asus ENGTX 480 w/1.5 gigs of ram on board
Corsair ax850 modular power supply
Antec 1200 case

What else can I provide for help? Again, since I'm on my phone its really hard to navigate but ill do my best to provide it. I've about given up.

I have a xigmatek dark knight heatsink and fan on my processor. I've never seen the processor go over 39c under load.

The ram is compatible with the board. I checked with both mushkin and asus.

The ram defaults at 1333 and mushkin gave me the voltage parameters to have it run at 1600, which is 7-7-7-20 @ DDR3-1600 1.85 - 1.95.

I've run it at 1600 and at what the mother board sets is to by default for 1333mhz.

The chip is not over clocked.

I've taken out each chip and reseated them. I don't have a cooling issue at all.

Also, this isn't a new build. I've had this comp since late 2009. I switched out the power supply, hd and graphics card recently.

Any suggestions? I'm wondering if it's a driver issue but even with a fresh install, it happens.
