    Windows Explorer Stops working


    I boot up and I can get into Computer and Control Panel just fine. After several minutes I can no longer get into them. I go into Task Manager and I see several explorer tasks backed up. I have taken a dump of them.

    I have deinstalled AVG
    I have deinstalled Internet Explorer 9
    I have done a clean boot

    I have run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and removed products it says may cause problems.

    What should I do next.

    Let us see the dumps that you've made of explorer.exe If they're too large to upload here - upload them to a free file hosting service and post a link to them here.

    Also, please provide us with this info even though you're not experiencing BSOD's: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

Does anyone else have a problem with Windows explorer stopping and not working at times? I also wanted to ask how I could let the builders of Windows 7 know about this problem? I am using build 7100 and don't know if there is an update yet. Thanks! -Scott
