    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1


    can anybody help me about this BSOD problem? I experience this problem since I reformat my laptop (ASUS A42J) to windows 7 starter 32bit after a virus caught my laptop my first OS was also windows 7 starter 32bit and that's were the problem start...after that my friend advise me to upgrade it to windows 7 ultimate which is I did.... But I still experiencing the same problem since I reformat my pc From windows 7 starter 32bit to Windows 7 starter 32bit because of virus issue....... Here is the other information of my BSOD problem....

    Tnx Mr. Yowan... I really appreciate your help.... I have one question is it normal when I run the CHKDSK it close automatically when it finish checking with out showing any results? if there is any problem about my RAM... tnx in advance........

    Results should have been shown unless the computer reboots after a hardware fault

    Just reset its BIOS values to defaults, this will clear any overlocks , I would strongly suggest you to do the hardware tests linked above

    Many thanks to your advice Mr. Yowan... Ill do that later because I'm a bit sleepy now its already 2:30am in the morning here in the Philippines just waiting to finish the CHKDSK test and Ill go to sleep.... I'm glad that I post my problem here at sevenforums... Thanks again and more power to you... :)

    Hi Mr. Yowan... I think may problem was solve. thanks for your advice.. I reformat my laptop to windows 7 starter and clear all the overclocks hardware... and my laptop is going smoothly... I think the problem of my BSOD is overclocking and driver issue.. 2 days after I reformat my laptop I don't experience any BSOD anymore...Just passing by to inform you about the status of my problem... thank you again and God Speed to all of you for helping people like me.....     I'm getting the following BSOD. Usually when I play music from or copy stuff onto my toshiba 500 gb. I run windows from my Corsair SSD and have all my doccies and media on the toshiba. Can you help?
