    ok, so this seen to be a hardware problem?

    if yes how sure you are, 80%, 90% ?

    i need this info for talk to the person who sell me this laptop?


    other question, since the lapto until now work fine (with video limitation) with standard windows graphic do you think is posible it hold in that way or maybe with time the problem we extend and dont allow work the standar windows grapic?

    Also if posible to use other standar windows graphic that alow me to put a liter more resolution?

    The standard Windows driver will only give you the resolution you see; there's no way to increase that unfortunately.

    I'd give it 80%, maybe a bit more. One last thing you might try is completely clearing all drivers with Driver Sweeper, and installing the latest ones again.

    I wipe all drivers like you sugested and install first the original video drivers that come with the laptop and i dont get a Bsod but i instead get a black screem and laptop freeze, so i restart enter in safe mode and run a report i atach it here, maybe it can give you some other important info. now i will install the lastes video driver for see if i get bsod again.

    well wipe all drivers, install lastes nvidia video driver and bsod again.


    since i bought in ebay i will have a lot of problem for retunr it so now i am thinking in conserve this lemon and work with windows stadart graphics so i have some questions:

    1) do you think the problem get worse?
    2) maybe a future bios or nvidia drivers update can solve it?
    3) there is some other generic or standard graphic that i can test in this laptop?
    4) is posible buy another gpu for this lapto and install it? is complicated?

    I believe you tried different version of the nVidia drivers; is this correct? If so, I doubt a future version will correct this but it will never hurt to try.

    I honestly don't know how to tell if your video card is onboard or an actual device. Are you comfortable opening up the thing to check?

    yes i had triyed all versions :)

    i prefer not open it, i think thre is a video in youtube disarm one like mine, i will check there, but i think is on board
