    win7 x64 random bsod

I recently installed win7 and im getting random bsods. The bsod only displays for a second then the computer restarts, so I don't know what type of bsod it is. The event viewer lists 1 critical error, but I don't think this is the right error.

This error refers to the log file being full - but I don't know where it is, nor what it contains.

You can read the dump message by rapidly tapping the F8 key just before the Windows Splash Screen shows up. Then select the "Disable automatic restart..." selection and continue booting.

Also, you can locate the dump files at C:\Windows\Minidump. Zip up the files there and upload the .zip file into your next post for us to have a look at.
