BOSD-TCPiP.sys

Hi, for everyone who took their time checking/helping/commenting, I would first say thank you and sorry for any trouble (words, grammars, etc).

So, I've been experiencing BOSD, and had been noticing TCPiP.sys (please correct me if I'm wrong), on my pc. It usually happens when I'm running netflix, itunes, skype.
The pc itself is pretty new perhaps less than a week ago (Windows 7 fresh install). and I myself pretty new with pc (noowb).

So far, I've tried to reinstall and update the drivers with nothing work. Also tried reformatting it.

As I've mentioned, I'm new with so called: BOSD, BIOS, etc (Ignorant User ). So now i would like to learn bit by bit til I could OC and use Crossfire by myself (LONG way to go, especially with BSOD right after less than 1 week. ......Irony....).

Thank you once again for the help.
