    Please Help BSOD on Sons Computer


    I think I attached all the needed information, please help, not very computer savy on fixing computers.
    Dell Inspiron 570
    Amd athlon II X2 240 processor
    6GB Ram
    64bit
    Windows 7 pre-installed

    Hello,

    Install SP1: Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

    If that alone doesn't solve the problem, run driver verifier: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

    You might also start on some hardware diagnostics:

    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Run each of the three Prime95 tests: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html
