BSOD : Error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello everyone !

I'm french (so there are things I might not understand...), and I hope you will help me in resolving my issue !
So here it is : I had several BSOD that says : DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and something else below : NETw5s64.sys
I don't know if these informations will help you...
I have Windows 7 x64 and it is an OEM, and both my hardware and OS is one year old.
I followed the BSOD posting instructions and attached the zip file asked.

Also I have a wifi USB flashdrive.. and I was wondering if this was related to my BSOD happening. Because it only happens when it is plugged in. I don't know...
And I'm sorry but my system health report is in French... I hope it will not bother you... I don't know how to make it in English.

NETw5s64.sys is a driver for your wifi. Please visit the Intel Download Center ( http://downloadcenter.intel.com ) and get the latest WIn7 drivers for your Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN card.

After we're finished here, please visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers.
Then visit Windows Update...Important Updates - and download/install Service Pack 1. This is important for the reliable functioning of your system.

Unfortunately there's an incompatibility between the French version of the MSINFO32 report and the English verison - so it won't display on my system. Please generate a .txt file of the MSINFO32 report and upload that.

More to follow once the memory dump files are finished running.....

Thanks for your reply and your help. I'm doing all what you told me to.
But I can't display the MSINFO32 report either ! How do I generate a .txt file in that case ?

Please uninstall the wireless USB device software, then remove the wireless USB device from your system. Don't reinstall it until you can locate Win7 drivers for it (DO NOT use Vista drivers). The device appears to be a NETGEAR RangeMax(TM) Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter WPN111

OLDER DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
- Create a System Restore Point prior to doing any of this. DO NOT mess with the drivers themselves - leave the Windows\System32\drivers directory alone unless we specifically direct you to it!
- Please update these drivers from the device manufacturer's website - or uninstall them from your system. Reference links are included below.
- DO NOT use Windows Update or the Update Drivers function of Device Manager.
- Please feel free to post back about any drivers that you are having difficulty locating.
- Windows Update exceptions may be noted below for Windows drivers:

OK I removed the wireless USB Device and its software, and did all the updates I had to. I'll do all the instructions left tomorrow. It's way too late in France right now.
