10 mins running, then it turns off

Hello and thanks for your time. I'm from argentina so I hope you don't get mad because of my english and because of my ignorance in computers, I'll give my best try.

So, like two months ago my computer started having crashes, first not so often but in the end I couldn't have it running for more than 5 minutes. I was told that it had nothing to do with me, a program or whatever, the thing was that the processor was malfunctioning. I called intel and they sent me a new one for free! yeah!
Well, now I can at least use the computer for a few minutes, but the same thing is happening...I tried leaving it turned on, without running any program, and it lasted like 15 minutes. Whenever I try to install something the computer turns off again. And I have to leave it off for a few minutes before giving it another try, don't know why but it doesn't work if I want to start it up right after the crash.

Oh also something new, right next to the power button there's one that says "Access" and since the new processor arrived, a red light has been flashing there and it never had before.

Any help?? please, it is really important.

    Thanks a lot to everyone.

Hi Wagner. Nothing wrong with your English. We can understand you just fine.

We need you to update your system specs as you have been asked to do in previous posts. Without that information, no one here will be able to assist you with the problem you have described.

    Regards

What type of power supply do you have?

Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer and record what your temps are and report them here.

Well, as I already told, it is hard to download a program and try installing it, if I manage to download it before it crashes I can garantee it will crash during the install process.
Still, I can tell you that the 3 fans are working just fine. One in the front and the other in the back, and well the last one looking to the processor. There is no dust inside.

Even though I can't help you, I must say that you're fluent in English (at least in writing). If you didn't say you were from Argentina, I wouldn't have noticed at all.

Ok. What type of power supply do you have?

Try removing all non-essential devices and see if your computer lasts longer.

Can you stay on long enough to get a report uploaded?

To upload a report? You lost me there, the specs are already updated...not sure about what you meant.

And about the power supply...hmm the wire says 10A-250V (here in Argentina we use 220V). Hmm, I also think you weren't talking about that.

The report collections system information (event logs, drivers, etc) that I use to help diagnose the problem.

As for the PSU, it should have a brand name on it or a wattage (i.e 250W)
