"Run 3 tests (Blend, Small & Large FFTs) of Prime95 as dump blames your Intel Processor: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95"
do i need to create an account with their server?
where are the results of this test?
No need to create an account.
The test will run until it either finds an error or you stop it. There won't be a popup or anything, notifying you there has been an error, but you'll notice one or more of the workers has stopped and mentions an error.
does this one say the same thing??
Does Mac OS have the same trouble?
See if you can find a BIOS (firmware) update for your system: Apple - Support - Downloads
Run the three Prime95 tests, if you haven't done so already. If you have, what were the results?

1. i don't normally stay in OSX long enough to be sure, but I have tried to stay over there more lately as a test measure and have not crashed.
2. Do those firmware updates come as part of normal OS X "updates"? (if so, i always keep up to date)
I've seen some firmware updates come on the Update program, but I don't know if that's the motherboard BIOS. I have only limited access to Apple Macs, so I'm not real knowledgeable about them. Try downloading the standalone updates from that Apple page though; I'd like to see that BIOS updated if possible.
