Random BSOD Driver Power State Failure

Thanks for the help in advance, new to the forum. I recently reinstalled win 7 32bit when I put a new hard drive in pc. Its a 5 year old Hp Pentium 4 2.8ghz with 2.5 gig ram. Runs great, this is the only problem that I have: Once or twice a day I get the BSOD that says it has a Driver Power State Failure. I thought I had updated all drivers during reinstall, but I must be missing something?? I cannot read these dump files, but I have attached the latest. Any help would be awesome:

    Hello,

It seems your Conexant TV Tuner drivers are the cause here. Try updating the drivers, see if that helps. If you can't find an update, remove the device.

Thanks for the insight. I am not surprised. It is an older TV tuner card that I used for my TIVO. I have had driver issues with this card for a while now. I have a newer driver to try. Ill give it a whirl tomorrow to see if it works. Thanks again for the information.
