Windows 7: BSOD - Driver power state error

Windows 7 Pro 32-bit

First time ran memtest, showed errors (red columns on the bottom of the GUI)
After that, took out individual RAM stick, still error.
Then put back in both RAM sticks, and ran again. Now showing 4 passes, no more red column.

I have currently clean-booted into windows, and computer has been up and running for more than 3 hours...

There is a very slim chance your errors were caused by contact problems (oxidization or dust buildup) in your RAM slots and reseating the modules temp fixed it. Let mem test run overnight to be sure. If you want you could try to clean the contacts of the modules with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol). But for now I would just leave them alone and see how far you get.
No software in the world will cure a hardware failure. And sometimes it's just that
