it was instaled no disk due to it being netbook there is no disk draw

BSOD very novice
System is custom built by me(im sure part of the prob). It is a clean install of windows 7 on a new and freshly formatted velociraptor 300 hd, i have added recently 2 new xfx hd5770 cards. I get a blue screen a month, sometimes when computer is idle(or i think its idle).
