BSOD on my brand new Asus laptop

I had 3 of them in about 1 month, i ran memtest for about 8-9 passes and it reported all ok, no errors. The first of them was about some bad driver, the second about an program "conectify", but this one looks kinda strange... i can't figure it out, so maybe you guys can have a look at it.

    Laptop Specs:

    Asus K52JK-SX001D

    CPU: i3 350M @ 2260 MHz
    RAM: 4GB DDR3 @ 1066 (2x2)
    HDD: 500 GB @ 5400 rpm SATA
    ViDEO: ATi HD5145 1024 MB
    OS: W7 Ultimate x64

Actually, the issue you're seeing is a problem in tcpip.sys, and it's fixed in Windows 7 SP1. You should install SP1 and update your network card drivers (to be safe, of course), and the problem should go away.

At some point in the future, you may benefit from shucking the sponsors' bloatware and useless factory utilities (which have better versions built into Win7) by clean reinstalling Win7 to get it's unbridled native performance: Clean Reinstall steps

I'm not a fan of OS reinstalling very often, i like to keep my system as clean as possible, that's the reason why i don't install any unnecessary stuff. Also, i have just installed the OS about a month ago, when i got the laptop, so i really don't see the need of reinstalling it that quickly...

On my desk pc, i have the OS running for about 2 years now and it performs excellent for my old rig, check my system specs.
