    Windows 7 home premium Been on the "starting windows" stuck up


    If you can teach me how to fix it , it would be nice. ...I check all the USB plug and nothing is connected. Only the power plug. Im back at doing F8 and at the advance booth options. Doing safe mode WITHOUT network right now and ti's stuck at window/system32/drivers/avgrkx64.sys. ?

    should i disable avg ?
    using cmd promt how pls help

    Yes, disable avg. If that does not work try clean boot
    How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
    If AVG is the problem uninstall using the uninstall tool from their website and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials.

    For the best protection download Malwarebytes for weekly scans. Do this regardless of the AV that you use.
