BsoD randomly appearing on Win7 x64

Hey guys, bought new computer a week ago. Since that, i'm getting BsoD on random basis for no particular reason, and doesn't matter what i'm doing on computer at that time. Not happening often, 1-2 times a day.

Tried doing Windows memory test, checking HDDs for errors with CHKDSK, installing/uninstalling SP1, but didn't help.
System is on SSD drive, both HDDs connected as sata, tried both AHCI & IDE mode in BIOS w/o any results.

    My config is next:

    Core i7-950 Box
    ASUS SABERTOOTH X58
    Kingston DDR3 12GB 1600MHz HyperX KIN, KHX1600C9D3K3/6GX
    WD 2002FAEX Caviar Black 2TB
    Kingston SV100S2N/128GB SSDNow V-Series 128GB
    MSI N580GTX TWIN FROZR II/OC
LG GH22NS50 22X SATA Super Multi DVD+/-RW Internal Drive
LC Power LC8750 Power Prophecy 750W
    Cooler Master RC-922M-KKN1-GP HAF 922M

Memory dump of BsoD as follows:
