bluescreen error while shutting down

got this error after restarting windows 7 , was way from computer at the time of restart but it did stick of shutting down.......for about 10 minutes

It seems that your VirtualBox network adapter is causing the trouble. You're already running the latest version of those drivers, which eliminates the usual suggestion: update. I am using the same version myself with no troubles, and I haven't seen other BSODs caused by this version. I'm guessing you have either a buggy installation or a conflict with another driver.

If I had to guess at what driver would be conflicting, it would have to be one of your "real" network adapter drivers; specifically, your Ralink wireless or nVidia ethernet. I see you are currently using the Ralink, so that's most likely. Both are outdated, it may pay to update them:

If that doesn't work, we can work around it a bit. Your "VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter" is what was causing the crash. If you go to Device Manager, right-click on that network adapter, and disable it, it should no longer cause BSODs. You can then go to your virtual machine and change the network adapter to "Bridged adapter".
