    irql_not_less_or_equal stop:0x00000A

Step 1 I reseated the ram.
Step 2 it has onboard graphics
Step 3 I made a cd of the HP Support Assistant and Vision Diagnostic Tools the memory tested good but running the HP Vision Diagnostics it crash with a BSOD saying " irql_not_less_or_equal" stop:0x00000A, (0x04050061, 0x0000001B, 0x00000001, 0x980E9CB3. This has happened before also.

today it said win32.sys on the bsod. I can't even use the pc now and I reinstalled win twice and it's getting worse. HP is sending me a return box. I'm on my laptop now and turning the hp on and it will keep crashing time after time.

Do you require any assistance with your crashes? Or are you just sending it back in?

wee it's been up and running for about 30 hours and no crashes. I was putting the original power supply back in it it was a besttec 250w I put a new Antec 380W when I first got this pc that way I could put a better video card in it. I must of been the PS the whole time on my APC battery back up the Antec only showed using less Volts than the Bestec PS even though the Antec was a better PS. Looks like I'll not return it since it is working now. Thanks all.
