BSoD crash , had it once atleast and PC freeze

Hello here is a .zip file i was told to upload
Ive had a BSoD 2 or more times , but my main issue is freezing
what happens if that it freezes for 5-6 seconds in which im unable to operate my system , not at all, this happens both in game and on the desktop,
    here is some additional information:

    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? - x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? No.
    - an OEM or full retail version? Full retail
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system
    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

    - What is the age of system (hardware)? the GTX 280 is new , my CPU is what concerns me most it is AMD 3600+ black edition (cant change it) GPU has 1 year , the rest are beetween 5-10 years
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?)ive reinstalled it recently , lots of time actually , had a big virus infection.
