Random BSOD's - New System

Hey guys, im new to the forums here so sorry in advance for any noobiness...

I am getting random 0x124 BSOD's on my system. I'm running Windows 7 Professional x64 - full retail, system is a new Sandy Bridge build, about 1-2 months old (hardware and OS). Not really sure if this is a driver, software, hardware, or overclocking/voltage problem. Hoping you guys can point me in the right direction here. Dunno if you guys need hardware specs...

I've attached the .zip below according to the instructions for this forum.

Thanks guys for the help,
Frank

Well, memtest86+ ran for about 9 hours (11 passes) with no problem, so i'm moving on to the graphics testing now.

Another thought, I seem to get this error playing Starcraft 2 more often (about every 2-3 games - 45 mins/1.5 hours), but playing Battlefield 2 or just surfing the web, I rarely get this error (once every few days)...

I also ran blue screen viewer, and it said two files were causing the 0x124 BSOD's consistently, ntoskrnl.exe, and hal.dll. Doing a google search, I found many answers leading in all different directions. Any insight on this?

0x124 is only caused by hardware, the OS and software are not the cause
