Did you run Prime95 torture test?
If you did what were your CPU Core temps?

These voltages are still in the safe range.

Bump the QPI/VTT Voltage to 1.15v.

Bump the DRAM Voltage to 1.55v.

Run memtest86+ again, for a full 7 passes, best to run overnight.

Let us know if you get any freezes or crashes.

Bump the DRAM voltage to 1.60v.

If it freezes again, take out one of the RAM cards, preferably the other one that you mentioned in post#3.

You need to test both RAM cards, running one at a time to see if the system is stable.

If it is stable, run memtest86+ and Prime95 torture test.
Be sure to watch the temps when running Prime95, run it for two hours if the temps are good.

Hallo Dave,

After i Bumped the DRAM voltage to 1.60v. the computer stopped it's random freezes.
I ran memtest86+ for full 7 passes and it shows no errors.
I used real temp again to check the core's temp: the min core temp is 32 (deg C) and the max(at 100% load)
is 41.

Is it necessary need to run Prime95 ?

sincerely,

Oran

If it's running stable, passed memtest86+ for 7 passes and you're happy with it, running Prime95 is optional.

Just keep running it and try giving it some stress.
Looks like it's good.

If you have any questions or any more freezes, just post back here.

Enjoy.
