    I have a Toshiba a215

PREVIOUS:windows vista premium x86(32bit) on previous hardrive

    PRESENT:windows 7 x86(32bit) OEM now on hardrive

The time of having the laptop is 2 years 3 months and i changed the hardrive once since december 2010

The age of the OS now on it is 4 months

I have try most troubleshooting tools like windbg, bluescreen view, whocashed memory testing taking apart and cleaning however i am not able to identify the problem or the cause on thing it is related to hardware because the file causing the problem is ntoskrnl.exe and the stop error is 0x124

What ever hardware change you made on Feb 1, 2011 is the cause. All the crashes since then are identical. They are 124

Your .dmp file shows a stop error of 0x124 which is a general hardware error .

A "stop 0x124" is fundamentally different to many other types of bluescreens because it stems from a hardware complaint.

Stop 0x124 minidumps contain very little practical information, and it is therefore necessary to approach the problem as a case of hardware in an unknown state of distress.

You can read more on this error and what to try here... Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try Stop 0x124 - what it means and what to try
