need help for physical memory dumping problem

hi, i had encountered this problem twice, since i installed my two new ati video cards.
at the first time on 3rd May it occured during the process of installation of the ati catalyst driver after pluging my video card in motherboard. last night it happend for second time when i was re-opening the game right after i had just normally quited it.

i have upload these two dmp file. i just hope it is not a hardware problem as the cards are brandly new.BTW, I guess overheating of video card may not be the reason as the BSOD did not occured during the game play.
so please help me to find out the reason. thanks

    my spec:
    I7 930 OC 4ghz
    GIGABYTE X58-ud7
    6G DDR 1600
    6970 cf
    900w psu

    Three problems all software

1-Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place. MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor

2- Kaspersky. remove and replace with Microsoft security essentials

3- Re-install your video driver using this

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Or Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

    really thanks to your help!
I never expected the culprits could be these softwares. i tried to use debug tool to analyse these two dump files, but it shows that win32k.sys and atimpag.sys had caused BSOD.
