The same driver worked with Win7?
Could be a slipped BIOS setting. Have you tried resetting your CMOS after noting every setting which could be related to vid card? Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS
Then compare the default settings to see if any have changed.

Just would like to update everyone. I sent the card in for an RMA after troubleshooting with gigabyte yielded no more progress and they had no more steps left for me to try. They sent back the same card and made me pay shipping. When I got the card back it worked for about 30 minutes before slipping back into the same behavior.
My tip to others out there: Gigabyte's warranty is worthless, don't ever believe you have a warranty.
What are the BIOS settings choices for video card?
What driver are you using? Try updating the driver on the CD as is necessary about 90% of the time.
