    BSOD

Received this message while on the login page of Maple Story (South East Asia Version)

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space . If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable component, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup options, and then select Safe Mode.

    Technical Information :
    STOP : 0x0000008E (0XC000001D, 0X82A5E347, 0X9B139CC0, 0X00000000)

Dont understand what its talking about but i cant zip my dump file.
Its just telling me access denied.
    Is this thing useful?
    I really needs help.
    Thanks.

Did you read the instructions? Have you tried to drag them to your desk top? what is the size of the file where it is?

Ok right click it>go to properties>security. who is the owner? If it isnt you then you need to take ownership, or add yourself to the group who does own it.

Let us know who owns it

One user but many user groups. One is called trusted installer. Anytime you install an app that is the group that owns it. Another group is administrators. Are you a member of that?
