BSOD Crash After It Wakes Up!

Been getting BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after it wake up from hibernation. I have a feeling it could be the ram. I have a total of 6 stick of 2Gb each. 2 sticks works on any slot on the motherboard, but the other 4 sticks does not work on the farthest two slots from the processor. If any of the 4 sticks are installed in the farthest two slots, it will not be recognized, or the pc will not boot and just make a continuous beep sound. I ran memtest86 on each stick, one at a time, it and passes. Please help! Thanks!!!

Hi -

Hardware failure does seem to be the theme. From your description, mobo may be an issue or the RAM itself. Video also appears to be a possible issue, but hat may be related to the 6x2/ 12GB RAM problems.

I ran Driver Verifier and instantly after rebooting, I get a BSOD. Something about corrupt drivers and kernel. I had to go into safe mode and did a restore point because I was getting BSOD on every start up. I will include the new minidumps. Please help!

EDIT: I woke up the pc from sleep twice with all programs closed which includes, AVG, AIM instant messenger, Logitech mouse/keyboard program, and drop box program, and I don't get the BSOD. I went to check my system, and now it shows that I have 8gb of ram, when in fact, I have 12gb installed that I haven't touched since opening this thread. Please help!

Also, I've been playing around with the ram, and when I have 4x2gb installed, it reads 8gb in memtest, and when I install 1-2 more sticks, it reads 4gb when infact I have all 6x2gb installed. It reads it random. Is it a mobo problem? Thanks.

WMI is reporting 4x2 - please see $RAM_info.html file in the zipped folder. Other system files also show 8 GB RAM installed.

When 5x2 or 6x2 installed, what does BIOS show? Are the other 2 sticks matched to the current 4 sticks?
