BSOD 64bit, need help

Hello every one, i encountered BSOD, can some one help me analize what causes the problem, and how to fix it?

I use windows 7 64bit, laptop came with out windows. First BSOD appeared maybe 10-14 days after windows was instaled the first time, windows were fully updated. I reinstalled them 2 days ago, and after 2days BSOD showed up again, now i'm running with out the updates.

Memory management caused by a driver. I suspect sptd.dyd

Please run memtest

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Memtest86.com - Memory Diagnostic

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

ALSO and this is important remove sptd.sys

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads

when you're done you can use this Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) in its place. MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor

So i removed Daemon tools and sptd.sys, and the first run went like this
ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

after that i started runing the test with each ram chip in all slots, and the test showed no errors. Then i put back all ram chips back, ran the test again, and again test showed nothing.

But two times when i ran the test after a pass, the screen started to show stuff like that ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

So i dont know what to make of this

The first snip looks like a classic memory problem. The second either memory or malware. Please download malwarebytes and run it in safe mode.
