Having problems with multiple Bluescreens issues

I only had 1 files in the minidump since i cleared it by accident but its mostly the same exact bluescreen over and over again. "With bluescreenviewer anyway"

Im getting this bluescreen when i play Witcher 2 on Ultra, im having a 50 FPS constant then Boom, bluescreen out of nowhere. Im assuming its the shadows but im not too sure, it happened in Starcraft 2 as well but much less often. Never happened in Two World II, I have no idea what's going on To be honest, please help!

My system specs are in my public profile

Alright i ran both tests as you asked me to. Here is a zip file of my Graph from the OCCT tests run, i believe it ran without errors. I did 6 passes on my Memtest and still nothing found.

ALTHO I believe that my RAM might be overclocked if its even possible (sorry im sorta bad at overclocking conversation) My custom builder told me to always put my DRAM at 1600MHZ in my BIOS, if it was to go down to 1333MHZ, told me it would slow down my comp by a lot. As for my videocard being overclocked, not rly, i saw him install it and run the driver, he didnt do any overclocking, unless the card was alrdy overclocked by Nvidia.

Soo im not too sure whats wrong with my comp at the moment. I did another Memtest and still nothing. And im still getting the same exact error BSOD everytime on Witcher 2. It's mainly in this game, no idea why but its frustrating as hell, ive looked over many forums and too few get that problems so I'm assuming it's due to something in my comp, not sure what exactly =/
