BSOD New Lenovo Laptop (win7pro x64)
Dear Windows Seven community,
I read through some BSOD topics and saw how some of you can analyze the Minidump files...
I have installed "Debugging Tools for Win" and tried to read the minidump file myself but I didn't really get a lot out of that so I'm asking for your help!
To the problem:
Two weeks ago I received my new Lenovo ThinkPad Edge with Win7 Pro x64 OEM.
Since the first day I kept getting Bluescreens with an error message containing "tcpip.sys", which makes sense because they only happen while surfing on the internet. I have only installed: MS Office 2010, Google Chrome, Skype, Nokia software and "GData Security".
I reinstalled the network driver (realteak) but the bluescreens keep appearing. Right after installing the new driver -I think- one was a little different.
The bluescreens occur randomly (sometimes not at all for a day, sometimes as many as 3 a day) but only while surfing on the internet, both with IE and Google Chrome.
Can someone help me?
The last 4 minidump files are attached.
Thanks a lot and kind regards from Holland,
G
