Have ran the tests ; now what to do ?

    Hi there,
I have updated the intel drivers as instructed

Enable driver verifier (what should i do with this and how does it report a problem?)

ran the Memtest86 14 times (18 hours)- no errors reported
ran the Prime95 no faults so far - 3 hours and cpu at 58 degrees (ok i think)
ran the Hard drive scan usings SeaTools short and long -no faults found

    what should i do now?
thanks for your help so far !
    regards
    john

You need to make sure you run all three Prime95 tests (SmallFFTs, Large FFTs, and Blend) for three hours each.

Also type verifier /query in an elevated command prompt to make sure you have DV up and running properly. It should list all non-microsoft drivers. If it does then just continue to use your computer how you normally would until it causes a crash.

    cbs log

    hi again,
i also attach the CBS.log; it noted
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
can you advise what these files are in the log which is zipped and attached?
    thanks again
    john

The files that could not be repaired are part of your Intel Network drivers.

DV = driver verifier. When you enable driver verifier it stresses the drivers and it will cause faulty drivers to crash and cause a blue screen.

Which Prime95 test did you run? There are three of them (Small FFTs, Large FFTs, and Blend) If you only ran one of the three, run the other two and let me know what happens

after running the three prime95 tests only the one i reported here earlier gave a fail.
can i / should i find and remove the intel faulty drivers?d what should i do
the machine is now crashing a lot; is this to do with the DV = driver verifier and if so what should i do now?

    thanks
