Hello Wacoede,
Start with removing Agnitum Outpost Firewall/antivirus and Novashield Security.
Reboot Windows then install MSE → http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

Update your Atheros Ethernet driver.
Code:
L1E62x64.sys Mon Jun 08 20:38:22 2009 → Atheros Communications

Actually I see their drivers are loaded in your memory.
You can check it at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers
Code:
afw.sys | afwcore.sys = Agnitum firewall
NSKernel.sys | NSNetmon.sys = Novashield
Do you have an idea about it?

Also update these drivers:
Code:
Alpham164.sys Sun Jul 22 23:57:03 2007 → Ideazon ZBoard/Ideazon ZBoard Fang MM USB HID
Alpham264.sys Tue Mar 20 01:51:03 2007
