You can D/L your motherboard manual, GA-MA770T-UD3
Go to 'MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)' manual pg.38
DRAM Voltage Control
The integrated memory controller voltage is 'CPU NB VID Control'
Attachment 158662
Tell me what those voltages are.
If it just says 'Auto', try selecting 'Manual', if that doesn't work just increase by the smallest amount.
The Dram default is 1.5v.
The CPU NB VID Control default should be 1.1v.
If these are your default/current voltages, then bump the DRAM voltage to 1.55v.
Bump the CPU NB VID Control voltage to 1.25v,
Run memtest86+ again, overnight is best, for a full 7 passes.
Let us know the results.

It was set to Auto and now that's it manual it has
dram 1.5
nb voltaage 1.1
nb PCIE 1.8
I'll update from 1.5 to 1.52 (1.55 wasn't available 1.52, 1.54, 1.56)
CPU NB VID was set to Normal. My other options are .175, .150, .125, .100, .075, .050, .025
Running tests overnight now.

Set the DRAM voltage to 1.56v
The CPU NB VID options are amounts to increase the voltage, select .150, this will give you 1.250v.
These are all still low, safe, values for your CPU and motherboard.

memtest86+ ran for 14 hours, completed 8 tests. no errors.

That's good news.
Memtest86+ can pass several times and then get errors, it's just the way electronics are, RAM can be difficult to diagnose.
Have you bumped the CPU NB VID voltage to 1.250v?

After bumping voltage two weeks back, I haven't had a single blue screen. I'll keep using it, and post if anything comes up.

Glad you got it running stable, congrats.
Let us know if you have any more issues.
