Seems like a decent PSU and enough power to run your setup. Since you're getting errors and BSOD on prime95, you most likely have a bad PSU, faulty motherboard or CPU. I would start with the easiest of the three and get a new PSU. If you have any local computer stores, you can try picking one up and testing it. Just make sure they will allow you to return it.

You can try. Either go into the BIOS and enable fail safe settings or you can try restting the CMOS user the jumper on the motherboard.

well, I put safe-fail settings, what is it exactly?
I enabled it and XPM settings also (a friend told me).

will wait and see, but i would be grateful for an explanation.

Fail safe is just the default BIOS settings. I would recommend not enabling XPM. I've only seen it cause problems with people who have it enabled.
