Okay, so I had a few problems with windows upgrade, and after a few startup repairs and system restores, I keep getting this error on startup. I have tried the following:
    1.Uninstalling .NET Framework
    2.Uninstalling/Reinstalling graphics driver
3.Uninstalling graphics program and control center (separate) via control panel

note-I can boot safe mode fine, startup repair does nothing to fix this, and I have no system restore points

    Fixed!

Well, I figured it out. I had to uninstall the drivers AND the management tool at the same time. Then I went over to Intel's Drivers and Support page, reinstalled, and now everything is good as new!
    ------
I think what could have caused it was an unsuccessful service pack 1 update. It displayed an error message at startup, so I did a startup repair (which I think messed up the installation.) Then I got the error message for the graphics, so I did a system restore which got rid of the service pack error, but not the graphics error. I then uninstalled/reinstalled the graphics software, and when that went smoothly after a reboot and configuration, I installed the service pack successfully.

Well, I figured out how to uninstall the graphics driver, but how do I uninstall the management tools?
