    Hello Dave76,

thank you very much for your answer.

My HDD is Seagate Model ST9640320AS Size 640.1 GB. You can find more information about the system un zip file.
I tried fresh installation, formatting the HDD(full format) and installing again WIN 7 Home. There is no Norton Antivirus anymore. I ran SeaTools for DOS from SEAGATE. Unfortunately the problem persists - randam restarts with BSOD.

    Thanks again for your support

    You're welcome.

Please put your system specs in the 'My System Specs' dropbox in the lower left of any of your posts.

This way everyone trying to help you can easily see your specs without downloading the file, it is much easier this way.

When posting a new crash dump, include all System File Collection and health reports. They contain valuable information that we can use to find the cause of the crashes.

Also, post the results of all tests so all can see them, someone may see something that will help.

After the new Win7 installation did you install new drivers?
Where did you get the drivers from?

    The debugger sites SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

Cause: This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Did you update your graphics driver from the Dell Driver site?
If not, go there and update it.

    Hello,

after the fresh install I took the latest drivers from DELL website
This site is not very user friendly and you can see many drivers that do not concern you although you have explicitly selected the machine. (by serial number)
For my problem I am starting to suspect Adobe flash player. I have read that 64 bit systems have problems while running flash. Do you think this is possible?

The drivers on the Dell site are for the different hardware available with that model laptop.
If you don't have that hardware the driver won't install.
The best way is to identify your hardware and load the correct driver.

Have you done any of the suggested steps listed above?
If you have list them each with the results.

This can be a long process, so you need to run the tools and confirm the results, before the next step can be taken.

Which version of adobe flash player are you running?
