    need help for random BSOD!

    Hi,guys~
i was hardly doing anything on it except for opening a downloader to download something and letting my laptop run on its own.
But a moment later when i come back. i found that it has turn to the scary bluescreen .

    my laptop is a HP dv6 6029tx
my os is win7 ultimate x64 oem
    here are the cpu-z screenshots
    Attachment 157394
    Attachment 157395
    Attachment 157396
    Attachment 157397

i had several random BSODs before, i don't know if it was the same problem , and it seem that i hadn't found a effective solution to the previous problems(i did the SFC command but it showed no errors and then i ran out of ideas). However, this time i used the windbg and it pointed to the file--"ntkrnlmp.exe"

Now i feel quite nervous while working or playing on my laptop, cause it would crash at any moment, it's really annoying.

and here is the minidump. i would be much grateful for your help~

sorry for my english...thx in advance!! :)

    Please upload a full report
    https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

The one dump you uploaded doesn't tell me much. You can start off by running some basic hardware tests

Please run these tests and report back the results
    1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    2. Prime95 - Run all three tests for 3-4 hours each or until fail - https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html
    3. Hard drive scan usings SeaTools - SeaTools for Windows | Seagate - Both long and short tests

I apologize that I haven't responded. I am tied up with work Mon-Wed and can't respond to anything.

How old is your laptop? Is it still under warranty?

Please run all three Prime95 tests (SmallFFTs, Large FFTs, Blend) and report back the results.

All your crashes were driver verifier enabled and most are pointing to Windows drivers. When this occurs the problem usually lies within hardware. Most of the crashes blamed a Windows network driver.

    Code:
    Rt64win7.sys Mon Oct 18 23:53:58 2010 (4CBD1656)
I would start off by updating your Realtek driver -
    Realtek

Another crash was caused by your 360 anti virus software. I would uninstall and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials. This could also be causing the other crashes as well since it has internet security.

    Code:
    Mydrivers64A.SYS Wed Sep 29 18:13:23 2010 (4CA3BA03)
Please uninstall Driver Genius. You should only be downloading drivers directly from the manufacturer site or Windows. If you have been installing drivers with that software then you might have corrupted something.

Lastly, please remove your virtual machine software for right now. I have seen VM's cause problems before.

    thx a lot!!!!!

i'll do the test and report you the result as soon as possible...

I guess there is indeed some problem within my network device
    cause i constantly get bsods(DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (c4)) when i start a VPN connection.

and i should tell you that my laptop is pretty new, it's a HP dv6 with i7-2620 and ATI HD 6770M.
i bought it about a month ago, hope there is nothing wrong with the hardware~

    New BSODs

i am sorry that i have to bother you guys again

after i've done the exact thing that mgorman told me to do--i uninstalled the 360 anti-virus, and the Driver Genius, i also reinstalled all the drivers downloaded directly from the HP site, it seemed that the BSOD of "DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION(c4)"
had gone, but the problem is now i got these new BSODs of "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)"

here are what the windbg shows

    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 0000000000000000, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, Parameter 0 of the exception
    Arg4: 0000000000000000, Parameter 1 of the exception

i also installed the Malwarebytes, some said that it's a better anti-virus software than MSE, could that be a prolem?

these BSODs constantly occured like every two days when the laptop was nearly standing by without anything run on it.

and i had the Prime95 tests which showed no errors and warnings...

could you help me so more, huge thanks!!

sorry about that, actually i did the prime95 test, but i did only the Blend test, it just need to much time for a test, you know i am a college student, i can't look after my laptop all the time( and i am afraid to leave it alone as it might burn).

anyway, i'll try my best to submit the full results as soon as possible(i assume it's the "results.txt" that i should submit, right?), i'm runing it now.

and i had updated the realtek from the website you gave me.

    Thank you very much, again!!!
