Windows 7 HP Crashing

    Did clean install over the weekend, per instructions, and PC now runs much better. Only 1 (maybe 2) minor crash(es) since, which is much better prior performance.

    BUT ... Perfmon /report stlll shows this error below. Any ideas how to resolves it?
    The device, MpKslf1659f61, is reporting "tv_ConfigMgrErr24". This device will not be available until the issue is resolved. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\LEGACY_MPKSLF1659F61\0000.

    Are you using a Logitech G15 by any chance?
    "tv_ConfigMgrErr24" seems to be related to devices attached to PS2 ports.

    If you can, borrow another keyboard and mouse to test if the conditions change
