Random BSODs, most likely caused by GPU or RAM

Hello all,
I have been getting BSODs recently that have really benn pissing me off. The first one I got was while running a game (007: Quantum of Solace) - BlueScreen, lower counter or something and happened way too fast for me to see. Second time was when working with some heavy 3D objects in Photoshop CS5, this time I got really angry, but thank god my project had been saved. Last time was just while browsing the internet - yes, nothing more - I was using Opera, had only 1 page open, plain text, no flash or HTML5, few background apps, all of a sudden - third BSOD. And that's when I got REALLY angry. Really? A crash from surfing the f***ing web?!?!? Wow.
Well OK, that's my frustration in short, all files are attached below, hope you can help me because I'm probably gonna freak out the next time this thing gets in the way...

Edit: I'm also gonna run myself a memtest, but that will happen AFTER I finish studying for my 2 upcoming exams...

Your Lachesis.sys driver, part of Razer Mouse software is the cause. Please update it

Uninstall the driver and remove that mouse if the latest driver from Razor does not fix it, obsolete hardware drivers can cause issues on Windows7

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Thanks a lot! That seems to have fixed the issue. One strange thing I am still noticing is that my GPU is quite noisy even when performing everyday tasks... Does this have anything in common?

It could be overheating, check its temps and clean its fan. Dust can block vents
