    blue screen while playing games

    Hey everyone,

I have been experiencing a blue screen... well, a restart with a message that tells me it was a blue screen... Basically, im playing world of warcraft, and my monitor goes dark, says theres no signal, even though all the tower lights are on, and it restarts. Then I get a message saying that windows recovered from an unexpected shut down and the error was a blue screen.
I downloaded blue screen view, and it says the bug check code is 0x00000116, and the driver was dxgkrnl.sys .
A quick google search says its a video card thing? Didn't really understand... But, It only happens while playing a certian character, and not other ones. I'll include the dump file, and if anyone could help, it would me greatly appreciated!
    Thanks!

Running windows 7 64 bit, it's a preinstall from dell, and i've never done a clean install cause dell doesnt send disks anymore.

This is generally a hardware error either with the RAM or the graphic card

I tested the video card with that OCCT, and when I did the gpu memtest, my graphics card crashed once, but recovered and there were like, 28000 errors...
I did the gpu: occt, but it said to monitor, and if it went over 80 degrees, to stop it, and it went to like 82 degrees within like 3 min, so I stopped that test.

This confirms a problem with your graphics card, either RMA it if still under warranty or get another one
