    BSODs So many help

Hi my computer has been getting BSOD's for a while... The computer can be running fine until it starts stuttering and everything starts slowing down until it freezes and a blue screen pops up. What should I do?
    Code:
Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 9c BCP1: 0000000000000000 BCP2: FFFFF88002FDDC70 BCP3: 0000000000000000 BCP4: 0000000000000000 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 768_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\060511-17940-01.dmp C:\Users\Emanuel\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-67376-0.sysdata.xml
    Is Windows 7 . . .
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64 bit
    - the original installed OS on the system? Yes
    - an OEM or full retail version? OEM
    - OEM = came pre-installed on system
    - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

    - What is the age of system (hardware)?2 yearish
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) No I havent reinstalled the OS

Well now this is something I haven't seen before, the intel processor driver seems to be what is crashing.
I have not ever seen this before myself though.
Have you overclocked the machine at all?

Also could you give me the exact model of the machine, all that came out in the perfmon is that it's asus made.
    Dump info follows:

Well now that you mention it the computer did come with an asus "level up" cpu overclock program and I remember using it before so I ran CPUZ to see if the CPU was running above the standard clock speed and it is.
Did I upload the html file wrong is that why you couldn't get any information?

Before going any further you may want to set the cpu back down to it's default speed.
This is not an error I've seen before which is why I went straight to overclock.
About the only thing I could imagine causing this is the cpu returning incorrect instruction set data.
Only two causes I can come up with for that is
    damage to the cpu
    or
cpu is overstressed by overclock settings.

Alright, I set the program that the computer came with to revert the cpu to normal and restarted the computer but then I ran cpuz and it says its running at 2.8 when it should be running at 2.67... So apparently the "cpu level up" didn't return it to normal. Ive tried doing it 3 times already. Ive attached a picture to make sure im reading it correctly.

the turbo feature seems to be active the multiplier should only be 20 for that chip.
unfortunately I don't know exactly how to return it to normal on your system.
...it really shouldn't be causing any problems though as the turbo feature is provided by intel themselves. It's basically built into the chip itself.

While I try to figure this out it wouldn't hurt to reinstall the chipset driver from asus
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Desktop- ASUS Essentio CG5290
(make sure win 7 x64 is selected in the dropdown)

There are a number of bios updates for your system.
Bios updates can be a tricky thing though, if you've never updated a bios before make sure you read the directions very clearly and know exactly what you are doing before hand.
Bios updates are inclusive meaning you'll only need to install the most recent one.
This may in fact solve your problem as all the updates are system stability related.
