BSOD driver IQRL Not Less or Equal

I just installed Kaspersky PURE on my wife's computer. When the system rebooted I got the above error. I rolled back to previous restore point and system worked fine. I re-installed Kasperski and same error occured. I removed kaspersky again and then I applied latest windows updates. I re-installed Kaspersky (No learning curve here, is there? ) Computer seemed to work fine. but wanted another windows critical update. I did that and when system rebooted I was back to the subject error...
I can reboot the system in safe mode (only) No safe mode with command prompt nor internet connection. I can't roll back to before Kaspersky was installed now and safe mode won't let me un-install.
I can't attach the usual BSOD files because I can't get to internet on her computer to attach them.
What information can I provide you to help me resolve this issue?

If you have the win 7 dvd you can boot from it and do a repair install. Kas is like that sometimes. Safer bet for the future (regarding bsod's only) is Microsoft security essentials.
