Please help guys - BSOD Asus Laptop

    Hello,

On Friday Feb 25th at around 1:30 pm my laptop suddenly encountered a the BSOD while browsing the web. This has never happened to me before - my laptop is only 11 months old and while I've experienced the occasional crash nothing like this. The BSOD keeps repeating everytime I start up, and I also do experience the BSOD while in safe mode (im using that right now) but not as much.

All I can think of what I did recently was installed a cracked version of Adobbe creative suite 5 (which in the instructions required replacing 2 .dll files. This is all I can think of that may have screwed up my laptop.

Ive attached the dump files, but I dont know how to do the perfmon thingy. Please help guys!

perfmon isn't as difficult as it seems.

    Click Start
    Run
    type 'perfmon /report'
    wait until screen loads
    Click File
Save as HTML (I saved mine to desktop)

Do you have Asus Power4Gear or some similar program doing any kind of power management on your laptop?

Remove the illegal software. Scan with your anti virus and Malware anti Malware. We don't allow talk about cracking any thing on this site. This is a non crack site to the best of my knowledge.
