    BSoD nothings changed

    win7 pro 32bit just installed
had the same problem on windows XP thought maybe a fresh install would fix it and I get a free upgrade to win 7 pro from my school.

The system is about a year and a half hold, but the hardware is a little older as a built the computer on a budget.
Been using a backup hard drive since mine crashed about half a year ago.

    2 gb memory
    amd athlon 64 x2 dual core processor 5400+ 2.80ghz

hope you guys can tell me whats wrong

I have a sinking suspicion that this hard drive is finally biting the dust after its long tour of duty.

You uploaded the app not the results. Try this method

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

    The procedure:

    * Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
    * Zip up the copy.
    * Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.

    To ensure minidumps are enabled:

Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
    OK your way out.
Reboot if changes have been made.

    No problem

One DMP is always a challenge (no trend to follow) yours is a memory exception caused by the dirextX part of your video driver/card.

I would re-install the newest driver using this method and run memtest.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Or Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled

The link you provided to Guru3D - Driver Sweeper states that it has been discontinued and the links will not be provided at that site. Not a problem for me I'll use phyxion just wanted to let you know for future reference. I'll get back to you with the test results asap

I reinstalled the drivers, gonna let memtest run over night for a complete scan.
    I'll post the results tomorrow
