Having some blue screen issues...first time posting.

Here's the information that the rules thread asks for:

-My Windows is a 64bit that came installed on my Dell Inspiron 15R N5010

I think I attached the ZIP file with the information in it. Any help would be great. It's been doing this sporadically. I play Sims 3 and I mostly notice it crashing out while I'm in-game. If anyone knows how to fix it I'd really appreciate the help.

    Caused by 2 things.

1-your video driver re-install with newest using these.

When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

    Or Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

2- Your Symantec. Remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

Virus, Spyware & Malware Protection | Microsoft Security Essentials

Thank you, ZigZag :) I'll try to see if I can figure out what I'm doing here. Is the Security Essentials comparable to Norton?

Microsoft Security Essentials provides Basic protection only but is much less resourceful than Norton

What is the make/model of your Graphics card? Is it onboard or not?

Not sure what the make/model is, it's not an external attachment so I'm assuming it's onboard.

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

It is a good light weight malware app. It uses less resource than Norton and crashes far less. Each has their proponents. I dont use MSE nor Norton myself.
